Chocolate Almond Oats - the perfect chocolatey breakfast!
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Fill jar with oats, protein powder, chia seed, cocoa powder and mix.
Add yogurt, milk, almond butter and stir till combined.
Close jar and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
Tastes great with another spoon of almond butter and banana slices on top!
Apple Cinnamon Oats - good idea for a grab and go breakfast!
1 scoop protein - unflavoured or vanilla works well
Fill jar with oats, chia seeds, protein powder, yogurt, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract and grated apple. Stir to combine.
Add almond butter and half chopped apple on top and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
Stir and eat in the morning, it's ready to go! You can heat it for 90 secs too if you want.
Banana Almond Chia Seed Pudding - great for a snack or dessert!
Puree banana, milk and almond butter in blender.
Cover and chill overnight or at least 4 hours.
It can stay refrigerated for up to a week!
