This is my go-to smoothie recipe! It's a true meal replacement and has all the nutrition you need in one delicious serving. My online nutrition coaching clients know that I am ALLLL about fat, protein and fiber for weight loss and weight management and this smoothie hits all the bases! I have it at least once a week for breakfast...and the occasional last-minute lunch or dinner too!
